We offer refunds based on the notice given prior to the scheduled pickup time:

•With at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup time: 70% refund.

•Between 72 and 48 hours’ notice: 50% refund.

•With less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund will be given.
